NEMAD Kata Seminar
Sunday, January 6, 2013, 10am-12pm
This Kata Seminar is for Black belts and Brown belts and will cover the three Tekki katas and any other kata questions from the attendees. The Tekki Katas will be performed and interpreted. Some changes may be made that day. It is important that all Black and Brown belts attend this Seminar. In this way you can participate, witness and learn firsthand of the Kata direction that we will have as policy going forward. If you miss this seminar you will need to catch up on what was decided. Also we will be giving all attendees a new required training notebook. This will be used for recording all special training & seminars that you attend as Brown belts & Black belts. This recorded training will count towards future promotions. The training will be witnessed in your training notebooks by the Senior Black Belts. This Seminar will be the first entry put into your new training notebooks if you attend. A Mat Fee of $10.00 per person is required, includes notebook and refreshments at the Seminar.

Congratulations to Robbin Cornell on her successful test for Black Belt on 9/22/12. Robbin was promoted after completing her last requirement, a hard one-hour test of her kumite (sparring) skills!
